Last Friday, around 30 expats and their families came together for an evening of ice skating in Rankweil – and what a setting it was. ⛸️❄️
With a stunning view of the Basilica of Rankweil, the ice rink offered the perfect winter backdrop for a relaxed community get-together.
What impressed us most: many of our expats showed real courage and stepped onto the ice for the very first time ever. 👏✨
A few wobbly starts quickly turned into laughter, encouragement, and proud smiles – proof that trying something new is always easier together.
Beyond the skating itself, the evening was all about connection. 💬🤝
Between laps on the ice, people exchanged leisure tips, shared their experiences of settling into life in Vorarlberg, and simply enjoyed good conversations across cultures.
