Last weekend, we stepped inside the newly reopened Fenkart Chocolate World in Hohenems together and embarked on a delightful journey into the world of brown gold. 🌟

We witnessed the aromatic roasting of cocoa beans as well as the artistry of chocolate making. As one of the few chocolatiers in Europe, Fenkart produces their chocolate 100% “Bean to Bar,” carrying out all the production steps of chocolate making in their factory themselves. 🍫

But of course, the visit was not only about the theory behind chocolate production. At the chocolate carousel, we tasted various chocolates: from milk to different dark chocolates with varying cocoa content, to white chocolate. From the “Schoko-lade,” we savoured delicious Honig-Mandelpralinen. 🎡

At the end of the tour, we had the opportunity to make our own chocolate specialties, choosing among a wide selection of toppings. 🍬
